Urban Active’s Group Fitness Schedule offers a wide variety of classes for every level and interest.

Some of our most active and regular members in the fitness center participate in a class. By joining a group fitness class, you can make new friends, try out new and challenging workouts, give yourself a solid foundation for getting healthy, get advice and encouragement from our highly trained instructors, and help yourself succeed in your fitness goals.


In addition to our long list of standard classes, from Spinning to Urban Iron, we also offer an amazing variety of specialty eight-week classes that delight the imagination and keep your excitement level high. These short-term classes (Beat. Drum. Boogie, Urban Rebounding, Gliding, Weighted Hula Hoop) will pop on and off the schedule, so be sure to ask about them.
