Urban Active Racquetball Program

Playing racquetball is a great way to stay in shape. It offers an excellent all around workout, for both your body and your mind, while burning over 600 calories per hour. It improves strength, muscle tone, flexibility, eye-hand coordination, reflexes, and your ability
to make quick decisions. It is fairly easy to learn and relatively inexpensive to get started.

Player List/Challenge Ladder – The Urban Active Racquetball Players list and Challenge Ladder is a key part of this program. Members may register for the players list and challenge ladder at www.racquetballchallenge.com This site offers instant updates regarding matches played and new players entering the list. This will allow you to contact others who are interested in playing!

Court Reservation- Courts may be reserved for one hour of play per member per day. Reservations are accepted in person or by phone anytime the day prior to playing time. (i.e., you may call in anytime on Monday to reserve your court on Tuesday.) Members may not reserve for others. Courts may be used for racquetball and wallyball only.

Racquets-may be checked out with a keytag/photo id at the front desk. Wrist straps must be worn while playing. Protective eyewear is also recommended. Black soled shoes are not permitted on the court.
