I attend the Urban Active Center at Graceland in Columbus, Ohio.  For the first time, I look forward to exercising!  The Zumba, Zumba Toning and the Silver Sneakers MSROM classes, conducted by Jean Bednar, have been great for cardio and toning.  The best part of all is that we have lots of fun in class. My Journey and my life began at Urban Active- Polaris.   My journey begins in March of 2010. Although I am now an instructor, I too have my own group x success story. I was once extremely overweight and didn’t ever want to come to the gym. To me, it was intimidating. For an overweight girl to attempt a class??? But 15 months after my second son was born I had a severe back injury.
