RetroRobics This is where Group X all started! High and Low impact movements set to energizing music that are both challenging and fun.
Seniors Movin and Groovin 45 minute class movin’ and groovin’ to a variety of classic pop, rock and other types of music!
Silver Sneakers MSROM Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Silver Splash A Silver Sneakers aqua aerobics class. Build strength and improve your cardio endurance with these shallow water exercises.
Silver Sneakers Walk Well Be Well Meet all your Silver Sneaker Buddies on the track! No instructor needed, just friends and fun!
Silver Sneakers YogsStretch YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered. Great for any fitness level.
Simply Step Learn the basics of step and get a great cardio workout. Little choreography but lots of cardio! Great class for beginners.

The Skinny Jean Workout A 30-minute intensive workout for your abdominals, glutes and hamstrings.

Urban Revolution (Cycling) Ride the flats and hills in this non-impact mega calorie burner! Be sure to sign up at the front desk to reserve your bike for your ride. Sign ups are available one hour prior to class time. No admittance to the studio once the lights are off!
Urban Strolling Bring your child and your stroller and meet at your local Park playground for this fun outdoor workout for fit Moms! Contact your club to find your local park.
Urban Warrior Our newest and updated version of cardio kickboxing. 60 minutes jam packed with the basics of cardio kickboxing. Take it back to where it all started and get the results you desire!
Urban Warrior 30 A condensed version of our Urban Warrior cardio kickboxing class.

Xtreme Step Created for the experienced stepper, this intense cardio workout is a challenge for both body and mind! Participants should be familiar with advanced step moves.
